Shipping Costs
Within the Netherlands
At checkout, the correct shipping costs are automatically calculated. You can choose from the following options:
- Standard Shipping: €6.25
- Local Pickup: Collect your order from our workshop at Ravellaan 13, Utrecht. On appointment only.
- Free Shipping: Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands.
Within Europe
Shipping costs vary based on destination and are calculated automatically at checkout. Rates are determined by our shipping provider.
Worldwide
We ship globally! However, international shipping costs start at €22.50, and any applicable import fees are the customer’s responsibility. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
We strive to ship in stock orders within 10 business days (Mon-Fri). However, due to high demand, processing times may be vary. Estimated production times are:
- In stock: 5-10 business days
- Made to order: 10-20 business days
- Custom service: Depending on project
Delays & Extended Lead Times
In some cases—due to increased order volume, material shortages, or machine maintenance—orders may take longer to process. Our system will notify you of any delays, but if you haven’t received an update, feel free to email us, and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
Painted Orders
We work with Pink Orc Studios for our painting commissions. After we have finished printing your order, we will hand it over and notify you through email. Pink Orc Studios will get in touch on further details and an estimated completion time.
