Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your standard order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason. Once you cancel, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Upon receiving the returned item in good condition, we will issue a full refund for the order amount.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your chosen carrier for exact pricing.
• The product must be returned with all original accessories and packaging, if reasonably possible.

To ensure safe delivery, always send your package with Track & Trace. We are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@silverheronstudios.eu, specifying the item(s) you wish to return. Or you can also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically through our online withdrawal form. If you use this online function, we will send you a receipt confirmation by email without undue delay. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the item is received in good condition.

Received a Damaged or Incomplete Order?

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we sincerely apologize! Please email us at hello@silverheronstudios.eu with a photo of the issue, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Custom orders and painting commissions are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are made specifically for you. Once payment is completed, the sale is final.
