(SiO)Casting service
Need multiple models but don’t want to spend thousands on a steel mould? With our SiOcasting process, you can produce large batches of miniatures and other detailed models at a fraction of the cost. Fast, affordable, and with the same sharp detail as our highest-quality resin prints—it's the smart way to scale.

Pro nr. 1
Affordability
A single mould costs €300 and can be used up to 750 times. These startup costs exclude the additional design work to make your model castable.
For example, if we can fit 8 standard-sized miniatures (around 28mm tall) into one mould, the mould cost per miniature comes down to just €0.05. After that, you're only paying for materials and production—a standard 28mm miniature usually costs about €0.25 in total.

Pro nr. 2
Crisp details
Thanks to our high-resolution Asiga printer and the precision of silicone molding, your miniatures retain every tiny detail. The mold captures the exact shape of the printed master—so the final cast matches the quality of the best resin prints, with crisp edges, fine textures, and sharp features.

Pro nr. 3
Easy to scale up and quick
Need more than 500 miniatures? SiOcasting is significantly faster than 3D printing at scale. Once the mold is ready, we can produce hundreds of casts quickly and consistently. It only takes 1 minute to do one casting! And if your Kickstarter takes off or demand grows, scaling up production is simple—no need to start from scratch.

Pro nr. 4
Zero-waste and durable
SiOcasting is also a sustainable choice. We use a durable nylon-mix, making our miniatures less brittle than traditional resin miniatures. And any unused minis or leftover sprues? They're shredded and melted down to be reused in future casts—reducing waste and giving new life to old material.
How it works
SiOcast combines the detail of resin printing with the efficiency of injection molding. It's ideal for producing high-quality miniatures fast—and once you need more than 500, it's more cost-effective too. Perfect for growing product lines, Kickstarter campaigns, or just keeping up with demand.
