Shipping Costs

Within the Netherlands

At checkout, the correct shipping costs are automatically calculated. You can choose from the following options:

• Standard Shipping: €6.25
• Local Pickup: Collect your order from our workshop at Ravellaan 13, Utrecht. On appointment only.
• Free Shipping: Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands.

Within Europe

Shipping costs vary based on destination and are calculated automatically at checkout. Rates are determined by our shipping provider.

Worldwide

We ship globally! However, international shipping costs start at €22.50, and any applicable import fees are the customer’s responsibility. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

We strive to ship in stock orders within 10 business days (Mon-Fri). However, due to high demand, processing times may be vary. Estimated production times are:

• In stock: 5-10 business days
• Made to order: 10-20 business days
• Custom service: Depending on project

Delays & Extended Lead Times

In some cases—due to increased order volume, material shortages, or machine maintenance—orders may take longer to process. Our system will notify you of any delays, but if you haven’t received an update, feel free to email us, and we’ll respond as soon as possible.

Painted Orders

We work with Pink Orc Studios for our painting commissions. After we have finished printing your order, we will hand it over and notify you through email. Pink Orc Studios will get in touch on further details and an estimated completion time.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your standard order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason. Once you cancel, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Upon receiving the returned item in good condition, we will issue a full refund for the order amount.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your chosen carrier for exact pricing.
• The product must be returned with all original accessories and packaging, if reasonably possible.

To ensure safe delivery, always send your package with Track & Trace. We are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@silverheron.eu, specifying the item(s) you wish to return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the item is received in good condition.

Received a Damaged or Incomplete Order?

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we sincerely apologize! Please email us at hello@silverheron.eu with a photo of the issue, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Custom orders and painting commissions are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are made specifically for you. Once payment is completed, the sale is final.

We are committed to sustainability and quality in every step of our production process. Our materials are carefully selected to be eco-friendly, responsibly sourced, and, whenever possible, locally reclaimed.

Filament Printing

We use premium recycled PLA, a high-quality, eco-friendly bioplastic. PLA (polylactic acid) is derived from renewable sources and offers a strong, durable finish while remaining biodegradable under industrial conditions.

Resin Printing

Our resin prints are made with certified recycled and non-toxic resin, ensuring a high level of detail while minimizing environmental impact. This resin meets safety standards, making it a responsible choice for intricate and durable prints.

Laser Cutting & CNC Milling

For laser-cut and CNC-milled projects, we prioritize local wooden slabs and Dutch plywood. Our wood is sourced from within the Netherlands and, in some cases, directly from our hometown of Utrecht—repurposing trees that had to be removed. By giving this wood a second life, we create beautiful and sustainable products while reducing waste.

Custom Materials & Special Requests

We offer the option to bring your own materials or request specific materials for your project. Available options include:

• Acrylic (for clear or colored designs)
• HDPE (Trespa) (durable and weather-resistant)
• Metals: Aluminium, steel, copper, brass, and more

3D Printing

From single miniatures to large models, we offer resin (SLA/DLP), filament (FDM), and powder (SLS) printing in various materials, including PLA, resin, nylon, TPU, and transparent options. Not sure what’s best for your project? We’re happy to help!

SiO Casting (Small-Batch Production)

Need multiple copies of a model for a project, Kickstarter, or game? Our SiO casting process allows for precise, cost-effective, and waste-free batch production. With low startup costs and high detail, we can produce thousands of copies efficiently—perfect for miniatures, game pieces, and promotional items. We also cast metal (tin, zamak, bismuth, and more) for premium-quality models.

Miniature Painting by Pink Orc Studios

Want your miniature painted? After we print your model, we hand it over to Axel from Pink Orc Studios, a skilled painter who brings miniatures to life! You can provide painting instructions through us or contact Axel directly to discuss details and payment.

Laser Cutting & Engraving

Perfect for custom game boards, puzzles, cosplays, and personalized engravings on wood, acrylic, foam, and even leather. We use locally sourced wood and can also work with your materials.

CNC Milling

For high-end wooden designs like DM screens, dice trays, or intricate inlays, CNC milling offers precision and durability. We work exclusively with handpicked, locally sourced wood from trees that had to be cut down, ensuring sustainability.

Looking for a high-quality, affordable way to print your Hero Forge miniature? We offer professional 3D printing services for Hero Forge models, bringing your custom-designed character to life for just €15 per print!

How It Works

1. Create Your Miniature – Design your unique tabletop RPG miniature on the Hero Forge website.
2. Export Your STL File – Once you’re happy with your design, download the STL file.
3. Upload your file – Go to the product ''Hero Forge Miniature'' on the Hero Forge Service page and upload your file or email it to hello@silverheron.eu.
4. Place your order – Select the scale of your model and if you want a bulk discount. Our prices:
   - Standard sized miniature such as a human or smaller: 14,95
   - Medium height miniature such as a bugbear, orc or a cart: 19,95
   - Large scale miniature such as giant, or wolf on a large base: 24,95
5. High-Quality Resin Printing – We print your model in fine-detail resin, ensuring crisp details.
6. Quick delivery – Your custom Hero Forge mini will be shipped to you with a track and trace code, ready to paint and play!

Want Your Miniature Painted?

We also offer a professional painting service in collaboration with Pink Orc Studios! Once your miniature is printed, we can hand it over to Axel, our expert painter, who will contact you to discuss details and pricing.
